Make Your Innovation Count
As a selected start-up for the XPO+ Launcher Award Pitch, you will have the unique opportunity to present your solution live at XPONENTIAL. This is your moment to share your vision, showcase your product and position yourself as a key player in the fast-moving world of uncrewed systems and robotics.
Each pitch session is designed to give you maximum visibility in front of an audience of industry leaders, investors, media representatives and potential partners. The goal: generate interest, create momentum and open doors for your next growth chapter.
Each start-up exhibiting on our lounge will get two presentation slots:
A five minute demo presentation in the XPO+ Launcher lounge can be everything from free speech, over a PPT presentation, showing a video or demonstrating your product live. Goal here is that the audience understands what you are offering and visits your booth.
The three minute pitch presentation during the Award Pitch (test it properly upfront; you will not get a single second more) is for you to test-run your elevator pitch in front of senior industry experts and VCs. So, prepare insights about your targeted market, your market potential, your product story and USP, your business model, your go-to-market approach, your team and board of advisors and your demand for funding.
What to Keep in Mind
- Time is tight – make it count:
You will have a limited time slot (approx. 5–7 minutes). Keep your presentation clear, focused and impactful.
- Tell a story, not just specs:
Do not just describe your technology – explain what problem you solve, why it matters and what makes your approach unique.
- Rehearse your pitch:
Practice ensures confidence. Make sure your timing works and that transitions between team members (if any) run smoothly.
- Know your audience:
Your listeners may include investors, engineers, journalists and potential collaborators. Aim for a balance of inspiration and technical clarity.
- Have visuals ready:
Make your slides clean, engaging and easy to follow. A strong visual identity reinforces your message.
- Be ready for questions:
After your pitch, there will be time for a short Q&A. Prepare concise answers to key questions about your product, market and next steps.
